Mind & Motion is a premium Pilates and fitness studio based in London & Dubai, created to help individuals strengthen both body and mind through purposeful movement. Built around the belief that wellness extends beyond physical exercise, the brand was designed to promote mindfulness, self-awareness and long-term lifestyle transformation. Combining luxury fitness with a calm, restorative environment, Mind & Motion offers an elevated studio experience where movement becomes a pathway to balance, confidence and wellbeing. Blank Space was commissioned to create a sophisticated brand identity that would position Mind & Motion within the growing luxury wellness sector. Inspired by fluid movement and the transformative nature of Pilates, the identity was developed around a bespoke typographic logo featuring subtle flowing forms that represent motion, flexibility and growth.
